They have amazing croissant loaf bread that they use to make an even better egg sandwich. It’s a skyscraper sized fluffy/custardy egg that’s smooth but holds its shape (and it has an herby garlic spread with cheese). And a startling kind of uniformity of the square cut loaf and egg. You might need to wait for a little bit, but always worth it.

This restaurant is in the Walker Art Center. It’s also next to Loring Park where pride is always at, so you can make reservations if you are going to be celebrating around then. The food here also gives a similar healthy and fresh taste to Agra Culture. The Baba Ganoush is a great starter, and the fried chicken pita and shakshuka are my favorites. The ambiance is perfect for brunch.
